This luncheon celebrates a Small Business, Business, Nonprofit, and Business Leader of the Year, and attracts 200 attendees from the business community. Pinnacle Award recipients have received their awards with moving expressions of gratitude, standing ovations from the audience, and tears of joy. The event also recognizes the Concord Young Professional of the Year and Chamber Volunteer of the Year.

Criteria
Business of the Year:
Recognizes a respected business with 30 or more employees that contributes to and supports the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and is active in the local community.
Small Business of the Year:
Recognizes a respected business with fewer than 30 employees that contributes to and supports the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and is active in the local community.
Nonprofit Business of the Year:
Recognizes an exemplary nonprofit member that demonstrates innovation in carrying out their mission.
Business Leader of the Year:
Recognizes an individual in a Chamber member business or organization who is responsible for significant contributions in their industry and the local community over the past year.
Concord Young Professional of the Year
Each year, CYPN and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce honor a young person who demonstrates professional excellence and a commitment to the community. This individual is recognized at the Pinnacle Awards event in June.
