We stand up and support businesses at a local and statewide level. Our staff and volunteers have a powerful voice in the community, and have made a visible impact on the Capital Region, working on projects like the award-winning 2018 Main Street renovation.
City Master Planning
The Concord 2050 Master Plan is the City’s long-range policy framework for guiding future growth, development, conservation, and public investment. Citizens are invited to share their input in a series of opportunities throughout Fall 2026.
Stage 1: Citywide Visioning Open House · September 19 @ 9 AM
All members of the community are invited to attend the Master Plan Citywide Visioning Open House on September 19, 2026, at 9 am at the Capitol Center for the Arts.
This two-hour public event will include a brief presentation by City staff and the consultant team, which will provide an overview about the Master Plan and important data points. Afterwards, attendees will attendees will circulate to visit topic engagement stations. Light refreshments will be provided.
Stage 2: Community Survey
Community members will get the opportunity to respond to a variety of questions across many topics that the Master Plan will address. Details will be released soon.
Stage 3: Neighborhood Forums
The City is planning six small-scale forums to hear directly from residents across Concord. Stay tuned as locations are times are announced.
State Tourism Funding
We acknowledge the economic impact of New Hampshire’s tourism industry, and encourage the state to continue funding these efforts.
I-93 Expansion
We have been working to ensure the upcoming Interstate-93 expansion project meets the needs of businesses and individuals in the city.
