Workplace Inclusivity Workshops
The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce partnered with NH Listens to present a three-part learning series designed to enhance workplace dynamics. Each session focused on a distinct theme—personal and social identity, navigating tough conversations, and sustaining inclusive practices. Participants gained valuable insights into how identity impacts leadership, developed skills to manage complex discussions, and learned strategies to foster a resilient and inclusive workplace culture. This series of events was generously sponsored by Unitil.

Encuentro Latino-Latinx
We partnered with Rafael Calderon of CHW4EVER to hold our first Encuentro Latino-Latinx (Latino-Latinx Meet) event. The open house welcomed Latino-Latinx businesses and shared information about how the Chamber supports entrepreneurs.
