Position Overview:
The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships that advance the mission of the Chamber and strengthen the value we provide to our members. This includes developing new partnerships, deepening sponsor and stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with community members and organizations to enhance visibility, engagement, and impact. These efforts are designed to elevate the overall member experience by aligning strategic partnerships with programs, events, and initiatives that support a growing and diverse business community. This role also includes tailoring partnership offerings to meet evolving member needs, managing partner deliverables and expectations, highlighting partner contributions through our marketing channels, and working collaboratively across the organization to implement strategies that drive member recruitment, retention, and long-term engagement.
