Scheduled online outage as we unveil our new website

In a few days, we will be making a major upgrade to our data system and website. We are beyond thrilled to share this news with our members! To make this change happen, we will have an interruption of our online services on Tuesday, January 24. Although our website and email addresses will be temporarily offline, we will be available via phone to serve our members during this transition. Please call our office at (603) 224-2508 on Tuesday, January 24 anytime from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to receive assistance.

We anticipate most major upgrades to be completed on Tuesday, January 24, but will be available via phone if our outage continues into Wednesday, January 25. Some updates will appear right away—our new website will be online, and your member login method will change. Some of our online tools will take a few hours to populate. For example, you will see our new website before our new Member Directory is online. We expect this gap in services to last only a few hours. And we know you’ll love the final result!

Some changes will take longer for us to complete. Open invoices will not transfer to our new system right away. If you have any outstanding invoices, please login and complete your payment before Tuesday, January 24. If you do not know your current member login, or would prefer to pay over the phone, please call us at (603) 224-2508 at your earliest convenience.

We will be with you every step of the way, providing comprehensive instructions to help you and your colleagues through this change. After the new website launch, keep your eye out for an email from info@concordnhchamber.com. This email message will include instructions to login to your new member account. Your new account will come with exciting features and benefits that we were unable to offer before. If your membership includes an Enhanced Online Listing, you will be able to post photos, videos, store hours and more to your Member Directory listing.
